Hansen Technologies provides mission critical business software solutions for the Pay TV, telco and utilities industries. We have 14 offices globally and support customers in over 80 countries. Our company is experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for highly motivated people to grow with us.
We are currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to work under the guidance of the HSN executive team and collaborate closely with regional sales management. Your role will be to assist in delivering regional market intelligence, developing regional marketing and sales strategies with the region general manager and executing the global marketing strategy for your region. You will also be responsible for external marketing and internal communication activities.
We are looking for a highly organised person with creativity, enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail. Advanced written and verbal communication skills are essential and experience with Adobe Creative software will be very highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
• Full responsibility for the Market Research and assessment of findings for the Telco, Pay TV and Energy Markets for the US Region.
• Assist in producing high quality product content via presentations, press releases, collateral, web copy, blogs and other sales enablement tools
• Create communications to support Client and Employee engagement across multiple channels such as Market Research, Product Presentations, Press releases etc.
• Event planning for Regional trade shows and conferences to support sales and Marketing. This will include pre- and post-event engagement with prospects, working closely with sales product teams to support onsite logistics and materials and supporting event ROI analysis. Budget management for each event will also be required.
• Work with the marketing and sales teams within the Region to create and maintain an annual calendar of Regional events
• Monitor and maintain Hansen’s brand standards and the ‘look and feel’ across all points of contact with customers, employees and investors/analysts including but not limited to presentations, collateral, merchandise, programs, tradeshows and industry events
• Facilitate an effective operating rhythm across the global sales and marketing team to facilitate collaboration and best practice sharing including managing the marketing team room, as well as scheduling meetings and agendas
• Maintain a bank of approved product and sales support materials, managing version control and branding
• Marketing operations support including creating and maintaining media lists and updating the lead database.
• Meet KPI’s as agreed with your manager

Knowledge, Skills and Education
• Degree qualified (marketing, communications, business) • 2 years+ experience, preferably in a B2B and/or software environment • Experience and a natural flair for writing and creating engaging content for online or offline publications • Willingness to learn and the dedication to gain a deep understanding of our product and target customers • Familiarity with SharePoint, WordPress and B2B social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)

• Experience with Adobe Creative products will be highly regarded
