Development of new Power and Natural Gas sales channels in Texas, CA, PA, NJ. To cultivate existing sales channels to generate enrollments and gross margin for YEP Energy and North Star Gas Co, LLC. Interact with other departments within the company to facilitate questions regarding broker commissions, enrollment reports, custom pricing requests, credit reviews, and supply contracts.
This position will manage and assist with the development and sales growth of the following sales channels;

-        Door to Door
-        C&I Brokers
-        Telemarketers
-        Direct Sales (organic sales efforts)

In addition to sales growth, this position will help monitor the overall sales channel quality received. (i.e. cost, time, margin) Help refine current sales channel procedures that may be hindering sales opportunities.

Performance indicators for review will be;

--        Quality of sales from D2D and telemarketers. The goal here is to eliminate high churn sales channels.

--        Quality of custom pricing requests received from the C&I broker channel.

--        C&I broker interaction, our internal quality, response time, i.e. custom pricing is sent out, questions are answered.

--    Custom price close ratio by C&I broker channel, i.e. deals priced vs closed. The goal here is to determine what relationships are profitable and repair the ones that are not

This position will help generate new sales, help to ensure the quality of sales received meet the company’s expectations, and help cultivate current C&I broker relationships. Expectations are that this position will independently create new sales and revenue streams.

5 years of successful direct and third party sales and sales management experience in the area of retail power and natural gas.

Strong communicational and managerial skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

5 or more years of experience in the deregulated electricity and/ or natural gas markets. Bachelor degree preferred but not required.
