Indra Energy is a leading retail energy company providing 100% Renewable Electricity and Natural Gas to residential and commercial customers across multiple utility markets.

Indra Energy is currently seeking a Sales Channel Partner Manager to report to the Director of Door to Door Sales to train, monitor and increase the company’s Sales Channel Partners. This role is key to the expansion of services for the Company to pitch Indra Energy’s products to new customers and maintain good working relationship with new contacts.

•You are the primary interface with Indra Energy’s Door-to-Door sales partners
•50% travel within the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states
•Responsible for the development, launching, management and growth of Door to Door sales channels, including providing critical performance feedback to the partners and taking corrective actions as necessary
•New partner and agent team vetting
•Ensure all sales partners are operating in a compliant manner, including proper badging, uniforms and conduct of the door-to-door sales teams
•Manage the sales training of all sales partners and ensuring each partner has the latest sales materials including; scripting, sales procedures, regulatory and pricing information, etc.
•Responsible for campaign tracking and reporting
•Monitor daily sale results and performance; and take actions to ensure all key performance metrics and policies are met
•Ensure timely communications with all partners when products and pricing are changed
•Performing regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
•Meet agreed upon goals (daily, weekly, monthly, annual)

•Successful managing third party sales organizations (partners) and their agents
•Highly resourceful, self-motivated, organized and goal oriented
•Able to build strong relationships with Indra Partners
•Available to freely travel to partner locations for training purposes
•Able to work independently as a remote employee but able to travel to the home office in Brooklyn, NY when required
•Strong minded and able to facilitate communication with others

•Preferred experience: Energy, Door to Door, Retail (tabletop) sales
•PC proficiency
•Familiarity with CRM Systems
•Energetic & goal driven
•Excellent communication and people skills
•Valid Drivers’ License and reliable transportation
