1.Daily interface with various departments to ensure compliance and support for all sales channels.
2.Distribute Training Material to sales team based on direction from Sales Management. This includes PowerPoint's but not limited to:
• Sales workflows (pka scripts) for each
• Sales Sheets (in-person handout) by
state and Rate Sheets.
• Enrollment forms (contracts & terms of
service) by state.
3.Maintain relationships with third party vendors. This includes but not limited to:
• Third Party Verification's (TPV)
• Enrollment App Developers
4.Maintain relationship with lead vendors
5.Oversee storage unit that includes in-person sales inventory.
• This includes, but not limited to:
Polo's, hats, winter
lanyards, bi-fold brochures, pens,
table clothes and other customer
6.Pack, mail, and track in-person sales collateral deliveries.
7.Monitor daily enrollment file for errors.
8.Submit and monitor JIRA tickets when needed.
9.Assist with other sales support projects as needed.
