The Customer Retention Analyst is responsible for actively contacting all our customers to welcome them to LifeEnergy or work through any account issues customers may be having to ensure they remain as our customers. This involves working as part of a small team to make outbound calls to existing customers who have recently enrolled or may be considering changes to their account. Their primary focus is on customer retention and customer satisfaction. Data analysis will also be required to determine customer drop trends, common customer issues and help develop solutions to increase customer retention levels. They will often help answer customer questions regarding billing, utility rates, what kind of rates are available, and so on. If there are customer issues, they need to attempt to find a solution for them so the customers remain with LifeEnergy. They must also work closely with other groups to identify any issues or support any ad hoc campaigns required.

Skills required for this position:
•Minimum 2 years' experience working in a call center environment and retail energy customer retention
•Experience with utilities in the PJM and ERCOT markets
•Knowledge/experience of at least one of the large retail billing platforms like ECInfosystems or iSigma   
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel experience
•Analyze customer feedback to ensure customer retention
•Evening/weekend work may be required as job duties demand
