The Regulatory & Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining legal, regulatory and compliance files which include preparing and managing regulatory calendars, reviewing, analyzing and responding to customer and third party complaints and overseeing channel partners with compliance to policies. This role is responsible for maintaining high quality, efficient and effective compliant operational processes.


•        Primary point of contact for all compliance related activity, including state regulatory matters, internal operations, vendor onboarding, third-party scripting and customer notification requirements.
•        Monitor ongoing third party vendor compliance; ensuring vendor requirements are met training is up to date and coordinating actions in response to non-compliance when necessary.
•        Reporting and administration of all regulatory complaints, including supervision and participation in the investigation, analysis and response of individual claims.
•        Analyzing and reporting complaint trends; participating in strategy to reduce complaints and minimize risk.
•        Monitors regulatory calendar and ensuring up to date regulatory filings and reporting as required by each state.
•        Coordinate with internal teams to identify changes in regulations and how they many impact the business.
•        Drafting required customer disclosure materials and other documents, as directed, and reviewing all existing materials to ensure compliance.
•        Participates in new market entry, conducts internal reviews of policy and actively engages in process improvement.

•        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in energy related regulatory & compliance
•        Retail energy experience a plus
•        Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
•        Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
•        Strong analytical, research, problem solving skills.
•        Highly organized with good time management skills and detail oriented.
