Development of new Power and Natural Gas sales channels in Texas, CA, PA, NJ. To cultivate existing sales channels to generate enrollments and gross margin for YEP Energy and North Star Gas Co, LLC. Interact with other departments within the company to facilitate questions regarding broker commissions, enrollment reports, custom pricing requests, credit reviews, and supply contracts.
Performance indicators for review will be;
Quality of sales from D2D we’re receiving. The goal here is to eliminate high churn sales channels.
Quality of custom pricing requests we’re receiving from the C&I broker channel.
C&I broker interaction, internal quality, response time, i.e. custom pricing is sent out, questions are answered.
Custom price close ratio by C&I broker channel, i.e. deals priced vs closed. The goal here is to determine Where time and effort should be allocated and what relationships are most beneficial.
Act as Liaison between pricing desk and outside sales channels.
This position will manage and assist with the development, marketing, and sales growth of the following sales channels;
Door to Door
Direct Sales (organic sales efforts)
In addition to sales growth, this position will help monitor the overall sales channel quality we’re receiving. (i.e. cost, time, margin) Help refine current sales channel procedures to help boost sales opportunities.
